The Altara Guarantee

At Altara, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a great experience.

If you're not completely satisfied with your first purchase, contact us at info@altaraglow.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to make it right.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer:

Altara reserves the right to review all requests on a case-by-case basis and determine what constitutes misuse or abuse of this policy.

Subscription Orders
