Shipping Policy.

We ship Altara from our US fulfillment center within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days.
  • Free standard shipping on all orders $75 and over.
  • Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

International Shipping

  • Canada: 5–10 business days.
  • European Union & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days.
  • Australia & Asia: 10–18 business days.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7+ days or your package is marked delivered but missing, email info@altaraglow.com and we'll help resolve it.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute orders once they've shipped, and reshipments due to incorrect addresses are at the customer's expense.
